SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION

• Responsible for implementing instructions from the Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia.
• Carry out general administrative duties for each division of the Perlis State High Court.
• Obtaining feedback related to logistics requirements, inventory and current assets for each division at the Perlis State High Court.
• Regulating staff discipline for each division at the Perlis State High Court.

CIVIL REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT

• Responsible for regulating the registration of civil cases at the Perlis State High Court.
• Responsible for regulating the progress of civil cases registered at:
  • Civil Law Division
  • Civil Appellate Division
  • Beginner's Summons
  • Divorce Section
  • Land Acquisition Reference Section
  • Bankruptcy Division
  • Implementation Section
  • Power of Attorney Section
  • Power of Administration/Probate Section
• Responsible for providing Statistics for the civil division.
• Responsible for implementing instructions from the Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia from time to time.

CRIMINAL REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT

• Responsible for regulating the registration of Criminal cases at the Perlis State High Court.
• Responsible for regulating the progress of registered criminal cases and appointing appointed lawyers.
• Responsible for regulating the course of criminal cases and appointing lawyers appointed by the Court for Accused Persons with charges that carry the death penalty in accordance with Practice Directive No. 1 Year 2017.
• Responsible for regulating the registration of Appeal cases from the Lower Courts (Criminal Sessions Court and Criminal Magistrate).
• Responsible for providing Monthly Statistics globally for the Kangar Criminal High Court.
• Responsible for implementing instructions from the Office of the Chief Registrar of Courts
